Programs

Tiny Tots (10m-2yrs)

Our tiny tots’ program is a physically stimulating class for you and your child. Children will roll, jump, and swing their way towards improved growth and fine motor skills. The mix of new and familiar activities offers your child an excellent opportunity to develop social skills and make new friends as well.

Tiny Tumbler (3yrs-4yrs)

This program is based on familiar activities such as jumping, rolling, and swinging. These programs offer your child an excellent ‘first class’ experiences – without mon or dad. Activities on the rings, bars, balance beam, and trampoline will help your child become more physically confident. Listening to the instructors directions and functioning within a group setting will help your child develop social  and listening skills as well as becoming more independent and self-confident.

Tumble Bears (3yrs-6yrs)

School Age (7yrs-13yrs)

These programs include the following: Aerials (7yrs-9yrs) & Twisters (10yrs-13yrs)

The school age program, presented according to age and agility levels, offers a non-competitive gymnastics experience. We follow a nationally endorsed instructional method the stresses proper technique and basic gymnastics progressions that will safely lead to more advanced skills. Each child, at their own pace, will learn skills on each Olympic event. Other activities such as the rope, trampoline, and climbing all will also broaden their experience. Our goal is to present an exciting, fun-filled program that will help develop strength, flexibility and confidence in their physical abilities.

High School & Adult Class (14yrs+)

These co-ed classes are geared for students ages 14 and up to help you maintain or regain gymnastics skilled learning in youth; or allow you to start at the beginning and learn new skills. Perfect for people who want to learn skills they can transfer to other fitness activities like dance, martial arts, or snowboarding. This class is also great for people just itching to get out on the floor and have the kind of fun their kids experience in every class. Students get individualized attention and spotting while they work at their own pace with flexibility, strength training, tumbling and all apparatus.

Cheerleading

We offer an all-start cheerleading program with includes competitive teams at the mini, youth, junior, and senior levels. Additionally, we offer a cheerleading summer camp. Our cheerleading program is great for working on cheering, stunting, and tumbling skills.

Dance

Excel now offers Dnace/Combo classes and Hip Hop Classes for difference age groups starting at ages 4 and up.
