Developmental Program(JO)

Comprised of gymnasts ranging in ages from 6 – 18; competing in USA Gymnastics development program Levels 2 – 10. Team members practice anywhere from 8 – 20 hours per week, depending on competitive level.  Our team travels to competitions throughout the state of New York as well as other states in the northeast.  Current and past team members have achieved success at all levels including numerous state and regional championships, as well as multiple competitors at national championship competitions.  Excel has also developed multiple gymnasts who have gone on to collegiate gymnastics teams.
