Developmental and/or Progressive (Coach Invitation Only)

Intermediate Classes for children aged 7 and up who have completed the skills taught in the Beginner class.  The Developmental Recreational classes are designed for gymnast who are ready for a bit more challenge, a more structured, and skill-focused environment.  Our progressive class is perfect for motivated gymnast who want a more structured, focused training environment without intense commitment of a traditional competitive team.  This class is designed for gymnast tour, ready to take their skills to the next level. This class offers the perfect blend of increased discipline, advanced skill, progression, and serious fun.  The bridge to team: it is the ideal steppingstone for gymnast who want to sharpen their technique and eventually transition into our low pressure, in-house club team.  For the love of the sport: it is equally perfect for athletes to live a high structure workout and what to keep challenging themselves physically, and mentally, with zero pressure to compete.  In the progressive class, your gymnast will dive deeper into advanced conditioning, detailed form correction, and a higher level, skilled developmental on all events.
