Our Philosophy
The sport of gymnastics is one of the most fundamental and exciting of all physical activities. Basic gymnastics skills aid in the development of flexibility, balance, strength and agility, which contribute to a lifetime of health and physical fitness. Through gymnastics instruction children also develop body awareness, coordination, confidence, and exercise their creativity while having fun.
With our state of the are equipment, up to date training aids and many varieties of matting, our gym is fully padded for safety. Excel is clean: sterilized and deodorized on a daily basis, and of cause. Kid friendly! Excel Gymnastics strives to meet the needs of all individuals by offering a variety of programs suitable for children as younger as 10 months old through adulthood.
