Take time to take care of your mind and body. Pilates will transform the way you look and feel about your body.
Pilates is a safe, low impact work-out that will compliment any exercise regiment that you have. Strengthening your "core" provides stability and will allow you to enjoy moving your body in other ways (through other exercises and/or functional movements) to prevent injury. We will focus on your “core” as the foundation for building strength and stability, toning muscles and improving your flexibility. The exercises are designed to not only strengthen, but lengthen your muscles for a longer, leaner look. You will look and feel younger!
